The Story

Designed by Robyne Conway of minimal knits | DESIGNED

This minimal knits | DESIGNED seamless baby jumper starts with a garter stitch collar and when tHat/beanie's done we do 4 short rows to elevate the back of the collar slightly. We do a little garter button placket down the centre of the front, then the rest is mostly stocking stitch. There's a very simple texture below the yoke by just working two rounds of stocking stitch followed by alternating purl 1, knit 3 rounds on every 3rd round.

Depending on our yarn and button choice, it's suitable for little boys and girls.

When the knitting is finished all we have to do is weave in the ends and sew on the buttons.

ERRATA 23/01/25: For size 18-24 mo, the sleeve stitch count in the table on pg 4 should be 42 instead of 44. This stitch count applies to the instructions on pg 5 for R14 in the same size. The final stitch count of R14 is unchanged at 136 sts. The pattern has been updated on this webpage. If you have purchased the previous version and require the updated version, please contact our Customer Service Team directly.
