How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 3-7 business days via Australia Post. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for yarn and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused yarn in its original condition and unworn apparel with tags attached. Please note that for yarn, we cannot accept returns if the ball has been wound or the label is missing.
Can I match dye lots if I need more yarn for a project?
We always strive to fulfill individual orders with the same dye lot. If you are ordering more yarn to complete a project, please include the specific dye lot number in your order notes, and we will do our best to match it from our current stock.
