At Bendigo Woollen Mills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your selection, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and unused.

Return Process

  Reach out to our support team via phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization number and confirm the availability of exchange items.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the product remains in a clean, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel back to our Bendigo mill using a trackable shipping service; please include your original invoice and the Return Authorization number inside.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected by our team, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
